Confidential waste is the easiest compliance failure to overlook and one of the most expensive to explain. We exist to remove that risk entirely: locked containers on your floor, vetted officers on the route, witnessed destruction at the facility, and a numbered certificate that lists exactly which containers were destroyed, when, by which method and under whose supervision.
Nothing in that chain relies on memory or paperwork filled in afterwards. Each checkpoint is captured by barcode scan at the moment it happens, with the officer, timestamp and location attached.
Every bin is scanned at collection and again at facility intake, so custody is proven by record — not by promise.
Collection and facility officers are background-checked, uniformed and individually accountable for each scan they log.
Scan events, destruction events and certificates are append-only. Nothing in the trail can be quietly rewritten.
Row-level security isolates each client's orders, bins and documents inside the platform by default.
